Performing local material/ tooling inspection to avoid quality problems on production line and client side to achieve quality objectives.
检查国内采购的材料/模具避免不良问题发生在产线和客户端,达到质量目标。

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities 基本职能/职责： 
  • Keeping good ROCK and Safety in IQC area;
保持好的ROCK和安全在IQC 区域 
  • Preparing the material inspection specifications, instructions and drawings;
检查材料时准备相关的检查标准和图纸 
  • According to the quality standards and drawing requirements to do tooling incoming inspection; 
根据QA备注和图纸要求对模具进行检验 
4, Performing copper material inspection according to document CO-QA-SOP-2039-M requirement; 
根据CO-QA-SOP-2039-M对铜材进行检验 
5, For Product that cannot be reliably measured (i.e. chemicals, packaging material, ESD packaged product, no print available, etc.).   These types of products would be on “Never” status in LIMS, thus will always be considered DtoS, and unless a quality reject (QP) prompts an inspection.
不能被准确测量的产品（例如：化学药品，包材，防静电包装的产品，无有效图纸的产品，等等）。这些类型的产品在LIMS将处于” Never” 状态，因此将一直考虑DTS除非一个质量问题出现需要有一个检查。 
6, Importing measurement data and supplier report into E-lab system;
    导入测量数据和供应商报告到E-LAB系统 
7, Scanning qualified materials and tooling to qualified areas, reject materials and tooling to rejected areas. 
扫描合格材料和模具到合格区域，拒收材料和模具到拒收区域。 
8, Implementing QP system, E-LAB system, SIS system, PCM system and PDM system;
       执行QP系统，E-LAB系统，SIS系统，PCM系统，PDM系统 
9, When any defects are found in incoming inspection, that detailed information will be sent to SQE. 
当来料检验中发现任何缺陷时，将详细的信息发送给SQE。 
10, Monitoring IQC inspection process according to SOP and WI;
根据SOP和WI对来料检验过程进行管控; 
11, Using Surface finish comparators, Digital Height gage, Go/No Go gages, Caliper, Micrometers, Micro View, Thread Gages, projector, Height gage and VERTEX measuring instrument for incoming inspection; 
使用表面粗糙度比较器，数显高度规，通止规，卡尺，千分尺，MV，螺纹规，投影仪，高度规和VERTEX测量仪器做进料检验 
12, According to environment requirement, implement control, monitoring and improving at incoming area. 
       根据相关法律要求，对IQC活动中的环境进行控制、监控和改善。

Required Experience 经验要求： 
  • One-year experience in quality inspection.
 一年质量检验工作经验； 
  • Lifting Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist.
起重要求：从地板到腰部必须能举起50磅； 
  • Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes, and not suffer from any sensory deprivation and/or paralysis of the limbs.
       必须能够坐/站持续90分钟，不会四肢麻痹和/或瘫痪； 
  • Hazards and Atmospheric Conditions: Must be willing to adhere to department safety rules and regulations.  May be exposed to noise (required to wear protective gear).  May be exposed to Hazardous Materials & Chemicals (required to wear safety glasses and other protective gear).
